Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Laboratory Engineer specializing in Molecular Biology, focusing on the organization and execution of practical laboratory sessions within the Industrial Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, and Applied Biotechnology degree programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and supervising student lab work, supporting project and Bachelor theses, and independently developing and optimizing new laboratory methods for both practical courses and research projects. Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining high-tech lab equipment, such as DNA sequencers and quantitative PCR machines, ensuring precise results, and meticulous documentation. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Molecular Biology, coupled with extensive practical knowledge of molecular biological techniques like PCR, sequencing, and Western Blot, and demonstrate strong organizational and teamwork skills.
