Job Summary

This role involves specialized administrative and technical support for critical police systems, focusing on Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR/AKLS), Bodycams, and Taser-like devices (DEIG). The administrator will be responsible for standardizing deployment and operational concepts across the state, providing expert technical consulting, and conducting workshops and training for users and multipliers. Key activities include market observation, quality control, 2nd-Level technical support, software updates, and managing fault resolution. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Information or Communication Technology and possess strong knowledge of network, video, and communication hardware/software. Required Skills

Education

University of Applied Sciences or University degree in Information or Communication Technology, or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience and knowledge in creating technical concepts
  • Experience in Project Management (desirable)
  • Professional experience in working with communication, video, and network technology hardware and software
  • Experience in fault management and software updates
