Job Summary

This leadership role involves spearheading the product development of electrical control systems for Liebherr's advanced maritime handling technology, including ship, harbor mobile, and offshore cranes. The Team Lead is responsible for the operational management, resource allocation, and prioritization of a highly skilled team of development engineers and designers. Key responsibilities include planning and leading mid-term development projects, ensuring timely implementation of technical solutions for customer orders, and providing expert input on sensor technology, control systems, and power supply to enhance product robustness and reliability. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, possesses extensive practical experience in control technology, and is proficient in both classic and agile project management methodologies.
