Job Summary

This Electrical Design Engineer role, based in Ditzingen, involves creating comprehensive electrical design documentation for clients in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, and mechanical engineering. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating connection diagrams, detailed installation and circuit diagrams, and precise wiring plans. A key function of the role is the drawing, documentation, updating, and optimization of electrotechnical schematics to ensure all components operate seamlessly. You will be expected to maintain direct telephonic and in-person communication with both clients and external service providers. Candidates must possess a completed Technician qualification or a comparable electrical engineering background. While not mandatory, experience with CAD systems, particularly EPLAN, is highly advantageous, as is familiarity with ERP systems and standard MS Office applications. This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexible working hours and opportunities for autonomous work within a large, established international engineering group.
