Job Summary
This Product Owner role is crucial for driving the 'Digital Administration Lower Saxony' (DVN) program, focusing on implementing the Online Access Act (OZG) by digitizing numerous administrative services for citizens and businesses across various departments and municipalities. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for an agile team, manage customer requirements, and ensure project transparency. Day-to-day tasks involve resource-oriented preparation, execution, and follow-up of agile planning sessions, and taking responsibility for the content and technical processing of customer demands. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in Business Administration, Administrative Sciences, Social Sciences, Political Science, Economics, Administrative Informatics, or Computer Science; OR successfully completed Administrative Training Course II.
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience following a relevant university degree, linking back to the field of study
- Practical experience in agile methods
- Knowledge of the organizational structure and processes of the Lower Saxony state administration (Beneficial)
