Job Summary

This role is designed for an experienced PLC Programmer dedicated to advancing industrial automation and driving the digitalization of production processes (Industry 4.0) for clients in special machine construction and plant engineering. Day-to-day responsibilities include the development and programming of complex PLC applications, utilizing systems such as Siemens S7, TIA Portal, and Beckhoff. A significant part of the job involves system commissioning, rigorous testing, and troubleshooting controls. Furthermore, the role requires analyzing customer specifications, creating detailed technical concepts, and maintaining thorough documentation of all programming and technical modifications. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Mechatronics, or equivalent professional certification (Technician/Master) combined with relevant experience. Proficiency in automation systems like Step 7, TIA Portal, or Codesys, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics are essential.
