This role seeks an E-Mobility Engineer specializing in High-Voltage (HV) Batteries to drive validation and testing processes. The primary responsibilities involve comprehensive test planning and execution across all HV battery components and development stages, both internally and externally. You will be responsible for designing and configuring test vehicles and systems, and coordinating closely with internal departments like construction, material technology, and production to ensure successful test unit assembly and evaluation. A key focus is the planning, tracking, and organization of HV battery validation projects, alongside continuously optimizing validation methodologies and refining test specifications. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a relevant engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, Vehicle Technology) and possesses practical experience in the series-production development of HV batteries, ideally within the commercial vehicle sector. Strong technical acumen, familiarity with HV systems, and proficiency in managing external partners are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
