Job Summary

This role as an IT Helpdesk Specialist involves serving as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing essential 1st and 2nd level support to colleagues. Day-to-day responsibilities include the intake, analysis, and resolution of fault reports, alongside the crucial tasks of installing and configuring both hardware and software systems. Furthermore, the specialist will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the security of the internal network infrastructure. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist certification, coupled with practical experience in IT support and network administration. Success in this position requires high IT affinity, a strong understanding of system integration, excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical matters, and a collaborative team spirit.
