Technical Building Services Planner | TGA-Planer (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Technical Building Services Planner to manage and execute complex TGA (Technical Building Services) projects for innovative clients. The core responsibilities involve the comprehensive planning and project management of technical building equipment, specifically focusing on heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and sanitary systems. Day-to-day tasks include developing initial concepts, performing detailed calculations and dimensioning of systems, creating technical drawings, preparing necessary approval documents, and compiling detailed tender specifications. The successful candidate will guide projects through all phases, from fundamental analysis (HOAI phase 1) through to implementation (HOAI phase 9), ensuring strict adherence to all relevant norms and regulations. Key qualifications include a relevant degree in Building Services or related engineering fields, proven professional experience in TGA planning, and familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology.
