Job Summary
This role requires an experienced professional to take full responsibility for the coordination, leadership, execution, and development of strategic and digital IT projects. The IT Project Manager will be crucial in advancing digitalization and networking topics, primarily serving major OEMs and suppliers in the automotive industry. Key daily tasks include implementing and refining project management processes, methods, and tools, acting as the primary interface between technical departments and project stakeholders, and conceptualizing and leading workshops and meetings. The position also involves the continued development of existing IT solutions and the tracking of requirements. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field with an IT focus, alongside relevant professional experience in IT project management. Practical experience utilizing agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is essential, supported by strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
