Job Summary

This role places you within the Embedded Software Development team at TKMS ATLAS ELEKTRONIK in Bremen, a leader in maritime high-technology. You will act as a controlling authority, significantly shaping the electro-technical product and component development. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing, evaluating, and prioritizing requirements for embedded software and hardware interfaces in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders. A core responsibility is maintaining and continuously developing the Product Backlog using agile methods like SCRUM. You will coordinate the development team to implement prioritized functions, ensuring alignment with system architects and hardware developers, and monitoring Quality, Cost, and Time (QKT) targets. You will also participate in agile ceremonies such as Reviews, Sprint Plannings, and Retrospectives, representing the product vision. This position requires strong technical acumen in Embedded-C programming and software architecture, combined with practical experience in agile methodologies to ensure targeted and value-oriented implementation.
