Job Summary

This role is central to advancing e-mobility by managing the technical planning and execution of medium-voltage projects, specifically focusing on transformer substations. As the Electrical Project Planner, you will take ownership of projects once sales approval is granted, steering the entire process from initial technical specification and design through to final commissioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include the professional layout of all substation components, ensuring strict adherence to current norms, guidelines (VDE, DIN), and the Technical Connection Conditions (TAB) set by grid operators. You will act as the key coordinator, aligning details with network operators, suppliers, authorities, and internal teams to ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. This position is ideal for an experienced electrical professional eager to shape the energy transition and connect integrated energy solutions (PV, storage, charging infrastructure) to the grid safely and efficiently.

Required Skills

Education

Completed training as an Electrician or comparable qualification. Ideally, further qualification as a Master Electrician or Technician in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in medium voltage, transformer substations, or grid connection projects
  • Professional experience in applying norms, guidelines, and technical connection conditions of network operators
  • Practical experience implementing relevant VDE standards (e.g., 0101, 0105, VDE-AR-N 4110)
