Job Summary

This role seeks a Business Application Expert to join a global project team driving a major Business Transformation Program focused on Sales and Service processes. The expert will collaborate closely with the Global Process Owner to identify, document, and design As-Is and To-Be business processes, ensuring strict alignment with the future ERP (S4/HANA) and CRM (Salesforce) platforms. A core responsibility is acting as a CRM Subject Matter Expert, managing end-user expectations, and providing support for key users, specifically within the “Lead to Quote” and “Sales/Service Order Management” domains. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT, Business, Engineering) and possesses deep expertise in implementing Sales/Service processes using platforms like Salesforce and/or SAP Cx. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, a process-oriented mindset, and experience managing complex integrations between Salesforce and SAP systems. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or a related field

Experience

  • Expertise in implementing Sales/Service business processes with CRM platforms (SAP Cx and/or Salesforce).
  • Experience in the administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including Field Service Management.
  • Professional experience in integration between Salesforce and SAP S4/HANA and/or SAP ECC.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business processes in the respective specialist area.
