Job Summary

This role is for a dynamic Senior Manager to join the Strategic Corporate Development department at ZEISS, focusing on driving high-impact strategy projects and execution across specific business segments (Industrial Quality & Research, Consumer Markets, or Photonics & Optics). Day-to-day responsibilities involve independently scoping and leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives, including M&A strategies and identifying new business fields. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with Executive Board members and business unit management, providing thought leadership and ensuring the business perspective aligns with the overall ZEISS group strategy. A key requirement is at least five years of experience in top management consulting or corporate strategy, coupled with an excellent degree in natural sciences, engineering, or business.
