Job Summary

This instrumental role focuses on delivering cutting-edge AI systems by leveraging data generated by Danaher devices across the Life Sciences, Diagnostics, and Biotechnology sectors. The manager is responsible for the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch, ensuring adherence to robust KPIs and prioritization criteria. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, coordinating closely with data scientists and engineers, and supporting the gathering of user needs and technical specifications. A core function involves continuous stakeholder management, identifying alignment gaps between technical goals and business strategy, and implementing risk mitigation strategies. The successful candidate must possess a strong understanding of AI technologies and significant experience in digital/AI strategy to drive innovation and scale AI capabilities across the organization, generating meaningful business impact.
