Job Summary

This System Specialist role, based in Munich, Germany, is a critical part of the Global Technical Support Team, focusing on the initiation, design, development, and implementation of product improvements for complex medical diagnostic systems. The specialist will provide real-time technical support to Field Service teams globally and act as a key contributor to the holistic strategy for "The System." Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating current system implementations, recommending modifications to reduce service complexity, monitoring and managing corrective actions for system escalations, and championing the connectivity performance of automation products. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, coupled with proven relevant instrument experience in a regulated industry. Strong analytical skills and fluent English are mandatory, alongside a willingness to travel internationally 20-30%.
