The core responsibilities include developing infrastructure measures for various municipal, private, and industrial clients, planning within water and traffic systems, and independently managing all phases (1-9) of the HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers). A unique aspect of this position involves participating in the establishment of a new structural engineering department focusing on object and structural design, alongside performing local construction supervision. Candidates should possess a degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma) or equivalent experience as a Construction Technician, coupled with strong organizational skills and proficiency in industry-standard 2D/3D CAD software.
