Job Summary

This Change Manager role focuses on driving digital transformation within Siemens Healthineers by overseeing the technical operations and continuous development of the global group consolidation solution, based on SAP BCS/4HANA and SAP BW/4HANA. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth execution of the monthly group closing process, manage change requests, and maintain critical interfaces with upstream SAP systems (ERP and MDG). A key part of the role involves supporting the Accounting department in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements, specifically ensuring technical compliance with regulatory requirements like ESEF using SAP Disclosure Management. Candidates must possess a completed university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Informatics) and have extensive, proven experience with the core SAP consolidation and warehouse platforms. This position offers a highly flexible work environment, allowing up to 60% mobile work within Germany, and the chance to contribute significantly to delivering valuable insights and increasing efficiency across a leading global medical technology company.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Long-standing professional experience working with SAP BCS/4HANA and SAP BW/4HANA
  • Experience in IT implementation projects, especially in Reporting and Controlling
  • Experience with SAP Disclosure Management, including implementation or roll-out (preferred)
  • Comprehensive experience in translating business requirements into sustainable IT concepts
  • Professional experience steering and coordinating external service providers
