Job Summary

This role involves critical detailed planning and resource dispatching for maintenance operations within DB InfraGO AG, located in Koblenz. The specialist will be responsible for precise, day-specific, and employee-focused weekly scheduling to ensure efficient, economical, punctual, and safe maintenance execution. A key responsibility is planning 'Fit' training sessions for all operational employees in the Koblenz network, working closely with the educational planner to ensure staff qualifications are maintained. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of technical systems, proficiency in planning tools like SAP R/3 and MS Office, and the ability to manage resource allocation (personnel, vehicles) while reacting quickly to short-term disruptions and rescheduling teams accordingly. This position requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to operational planning.
