This critical role drives the digital transformation and process excellence within the Finance function, acting as the Agile Finance IT Program Manager and Release Train Engineer (RTE). The position involves shaping and managing the implementation of a group-wide portfolio management process, from conception through sustainable development. Day-to-day responsibilities include the technical leadership and coordination of IT project teams engaged in strategically relevant projects, ensuring the centralized provision of Finance IT products across the rail system network. You will be responsible for maintaining continuous communication regarding project progress, ensuring timely, customer-oriented delivery, and making data-driven decisions. Furthermore, the RTE will represent the Agile Release Train to top management, actively manage the effectiveness and efficiency of agile teams, and implement measures for continuous improvement. Success requires a relevant university degree and profound professional experience in leading complex IT programs and interdisciplinary teams within agile organizations.
