Job Summary

This role as a Manufacturing Planning Specialist involves ensuring efficient production workflows by creating detailed assembly instructions for the shop floor, leveraging 3D CAD data. A core responsibility includes developing comprehensive work plans, incorporating control characteristics necessary for digital assistance systems and process data management. The specialist will work closely with assembly and production teams, continuously improving work methods, standards, and best practices based on direct feedback from the shop floor. Candidates must possess a degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or Production and Process Management, or an equivalent technical qualification. Required technical competencies include initial professional experience with electronic components and typical manufacturing processes, along with proven experience using the SAP S4HANA PP module and 3D CAD tools.
