Job Summary

This senior leadership role requires you to take professional charge of a chemical GMP laboratory, fulfilling the duties of the Head of Quality Control according to German pharmaceutical regulations (§12 AMWHV). You will be responsible for ensuring that all chemical analyses are conducted efficiently, on time, and in strict compliance with GMP standards. Key daily tasks include leading, motivating, and developing your team, managing analytical method transfers, supporting process performance qualifications (PPQs), and contributing to critical reporting (CPV/PQR). Furthermore, you will serve as the primary contact for complex analytical and regulatory issues, both internally and externally, and represent the laboratory during customer and regulatory audits. Success in this position requires a completed university degree in Natural Sciences (Chemistry or Pharmacy), multi-year experience in a GMP environment, and proven leadership ability, contributing to the global supply of life-saving injectable systems.
