Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customer product inquiries. Day-to-day responsibilities include the efficient capture, classification, and resolution of telephone requests, primarily utilizing remote maintenance tools. You will be responsible for escalating complex issues to 2nd-Level Support and meticulously documenting all interactions within the ticketing system, while also contributing to the continuous optimization of overall support processes. To succeed, you should possess strong IT affinity, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset. Ideal candidates will have vocational training as an IT Specialist or a relevant technical or commercial background, and prior exposure to medical practice procedures is a plus. Required Skills
