Job Summary

This role requires an ambitious Development Engineer to join an international expert team focused on the system development of cutting-edge battery systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the delivery of battery systems from suppliers and customers, ensuring adherence to requirements, schedule, and budget. A core function is investigating, developing, and documenting customer needs to determine optimal technical solutions. The engineer must ensure that all product development adheres strictly to functionality and safety requirements, complying with relevant norms and standards. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in an engineering discipline such as Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience in automotive development, particularly in automotive electronics or e-mobility up to series production readiness. Proficiency in Automotive Spice and Requirements Engineering is mandatory, along with fluency in both German and English.
