Job Summary
This role is ideal for an ambitious professional, including career starters, focused on connecting people and technology by providing essential IT support. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling, analyzing, and processing user inquiries from headquarters and various locations. You will be responsible for logging, classifying, processing, and escalating incoming fault reports using a ticketing system, actively participating in 1st and 2nd Level Support. Key technical tasks involve managing Microsoft Active Directory and maintaining the IT infrastructure, specifically focusing on user support within client/server environments. Key requirements include a completed vocational training in IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, initial experience in IT support/helpdesk, and strong customer orientation and communication skills. The position offers a permanent contract, mobile working flexibility (depending on the client), extensive training programs, and the benefit of working near your center of life via a large network of branches.
