Job Summary
This role involves supporting and steering IT solution projects by ensuring alignment with corporate standards, budgets, and deadlines. The PMO will be responsible for planning and managing sub-work packages, milestones, and quality gates within agile and hybrid project environments. Key day-to-day tasks include coordinating with Project Managers, monitoring project development, and ensuring team efficiency. A core function is designing and improving Project Management Office policies and processes. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, possesses practical experience in project execution (as a Project or Sub-Project Manager), and is proficient in project and risk management tools, controlling, and reporting. Success requires strong organizational skills, systematic work methods, and fluency in both German and English.
