Job Summary

This role, situated within the Pharma and Life Science sectors, focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes and supporting product development efforts. Key responsibilities include preparing necessary materials and equipment, conducting precise physical and optical measurements on disposable development samples, and testing raw materials. The technician will also perform mechatronic maintenance, set up, and operate specialized plant equipment. A crucial aspect of the job is meticulous documentation, involving the creation of experiment plans, protocols, and detailed reports, followed by statistical analysis and presentation of results to internal committees. Candidates must possess a strong technical background, preferably as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or similar, coupled with solid professional experience in laboratory or specialized plant operations. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for effective communication and documentation.
