Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Test Engineer focused on ensuring the quality and functionality of modern industrial systems, specifically those involving networked hardware and software control components. Day-to-day responsibilities include the comprehensive creation of test plans, test cases, and detailed test protocols. A core function is programming automated test sequences based on functional specifications. The engineer will be responsible for planning and executing commissioning, practical, and acceptance tests for project-specific functionalities, as well as qualifying overall system releases. A crucial requirement is performing detailed fault analysis, documenting findings, and deriving necessary change documentation for functional software content. Candidates must hold a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, possess initial practical experience in testing electronic systems, and demonstrate strong analytical skills. Proficiency in both German (good) and English (fluent) is required for success in this full-time position.
