Job Summary

This role requires an expert IT Security Consultant to drive innovation by ensuring robust security across client IT environments. Day-to-day responsibilities focus on the full lifecycle of information security, including expert consultation, conceptualization, planning, and implementation of security measures. A core function involves continuous monitoring and reporting, alongside the critical task of supporting external audits and certification processes, specifically ISO 27001 based on BSI IT-Grundschutz. The consultant will also be instrumental in crisis and risk management, handling and analyzing emerging security incidents, and maintaining comprehensive process documentation. To succeed, candidates must possess a degree in Business Informatics or be a certified IT Specialist for System Integration. Very strong knowledge of data protection standards (GDPR, ISO 2700x) and expertise in server, network, and general IT infrastructure are mandatory.
