Job Summary

This role involves working as a CFD Simulation Engineer specializing in vehicle cooling, focusing particularly on thermal conditioning to boost performance. Key responsibilities include preparing calculation-ready CFD meshes from CAD data for 1D simulations, primarily utilizing tools like GT Suite (GEM3D). You will be crucial in optimizing assembly designs based on simulation and testing results to enhance the durability, efficiency, and overall performance of the cooling system. Furthermore, you will support component validation through advanced simulation techniques and ensure seamless coordination between the simulation, testing, and design teams. Candidates must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Energy Technology, ideally with a focus on Electromobility or Mechatronics, coupled with deep knowledge of thermodynamic processes and relevant 1D-CFD experience, preferably using GT Suite.   • Good theoretical and practical knowledge of electrified drive system components
