Job Summary

This role involves the configuration and operation of Cisco Routing and Switching systems for a nationwide service provider specializing in redundant network environments, based in Munich. Day-to-day tasks include processing incoming incident reports, participating in various network projects, and managing network monitoring, documentation, and troubleshooting using ticketing systems. The technician will also handle the configuration and operation of access technology based on copper and fiber optics. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, strong experience with Cisco and TCP/IP protocols, and be prepared to work within a team-internal shift model covering Monday through Saturday.
