Job Summary

This role involves joining a modern IT service structure in Munich, focusing on delivering customized IT solutions for medium to large organizations. The IT Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the operational stability of a diverse system landscape, particularly for media systems, and actively managing incoming support tickets. Key day-to-day tasks include providing 1st and 2nd level support, handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, meticulously maintaining asset data, and escalating complex issues to specialized teams. The position also requires active participation in IT projects and continuous process optimization. Candidates must possess a completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications, advanced knowledge of standard hardware, and foundational skills in Windows and Office applications, along with a strong motivation for professional development. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity for mobile working after the probationary period and is initially filled through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover.
