Job Summary

The technician will be primarily responsible for diagnosing and resolving disturbances and change requests within Windows 10 infrastructures and the Office 365 environment. Day-to-day tasks include processing customer fault reports received via phone, email, or ticketing systems, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and meticulously documenting all solutions and issues within the ITSM tool. The ideal candidate possesses an IT vocational qualification or comparable experience, particularly with ticketing and documentation systems, and is ready for a full-time, permanent position with a potential for direct takeover by the client.

Completed vocational training in IT or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Merchant, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician) or comparable qualification
  • Practical experience in handling ticketing systems or documentation systems
  • Experience in the area of remote support
  • Entry-level professional experience or experience as a lateral entrant is accepted
