Job Summary

This role involves working as an Electrical Engineering Engineer, focusing specifically on the planning, execution, and analysis of hardware tests for high-voltage storage systems, primarily within the automotive sector (BMW AG). Day-to-day tasks include optimizing tests in the laboratory and on test benches to ensure the quality and safety of these storage units, collaborating with internal departments and external testing institutes, and developing measurement technology concepts for system validation. A key responsibility is generating release recommendations based on comprehensive test results. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field, possesses relevant professional experience in high-voltage storage development and validation, and holds specific electrical qualifications (HV2 or HV3).
