Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical Technician looking for a stable, in-house position supporting market-leading machinery manufacturing operations in the Munich area. You will be responsible for creating and modifying retrofit kits for electronic control systems, ensuring the company's 8,500 annual control units remain operational worldwide. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical telephone support, handling customer complaints, selecting and delivering auxiliary and spare parts, and technically processing cost estimates. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training in electronics or electrical engineering, proficiency with PC and MS Office applications, and foundational experience in telephone support. Success in this role requires a customer-oriented approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. The position offers a permanent, full-time contract, excellent benefits, and strong chances for direct takeover by the client.
