This role involves providing essential technical support and consultation for Auto-ID hardware systems, such as printers and scanners, within the healthcare and industrial sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the remote installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair of these devices, with occasional on-site visits to customers primarily within the Hamburg region. Day-to-day tasks include managing support tickets, providing expert technical advice over the phone, and documenting all activities. You will also consult with sales and product management teams, leveraging your strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidates must possess a technical background in fields like IT Systems Electronics or Electrical Engineering, coupled with fluent German communication skills and a high degree of service orientation.
