Service Engineer, Emission Measurement Systems | Service-Ingenieur Emissionsmesssysteme (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the quality and functionality of particle measurement technology for clients. Key responsibilities include conducting quality checks on new systems before commissioning, performing maintenance, repairs, and calibrations in the in-house laboratory, and providing technical support to customers via phone, remote access, or on-site visits in the Frankfurt area. The Service Engineer will also prepare and deliver training sessions for internal and external clients, contribute to product improvement, and collaborate with project managers, product managers, and field service teams. This position is ideal for an engineer or technician with a background in measurement, electrical, or process engineering, or mechanical engineering, who possesses strong IT skills and a customer-oriented, problem-solving approach.
