Job Summary

This role involves leading one of five specialized Security Operations Center (SOC) teams, providing both personnel management and technical guidance. Key responsibilities include actively steering team services such as Cybersecurity Monitoring, Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR), Security Monitoring Operations, Vulnerability Management, and Penetration Testing. The manager supports senior leadership, implements strategic goals, and represents the team in cross-departmental IT projects and working groups. Candidates must possess a university degree in IT or equivalent qualifications and professional experience in IT security, ideally within an SOC environment. Experience in technical team leadership and workflow coordination is desirable. Fluency in German is mandatory.
