Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious professional to drive the implementation and certification of an Energy Management System compliant with ISO 50001 standards for a major client like Siemens. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing and integrating existing production facilities, developing and introducing a robust Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system to evaluate energy performance, and ensuring seamless data integration by collaborating closely with Production, Maintenance, and IT departments. The manager is also responsible for preparing the organization for necessary internal and external audits and increasing employee awareness of energy-related topics. Ideal candidates must possess a completed degree in Energy/Environmental Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, combined with strong knowledge of ISO 50001 system introduction and familiarity with production processes, MES, control, and network technology. The position offers an unlimited employment contract and flexibility through mobile work options.
