Job Summary

This specialist role focuses on defining and implementing best-practice strategies for import and export operations across key international markets, ensuring full compliance with current sanctions and legal frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently managing import and export declarations for group companies, performing customs value determination, and reviewing official customs notices. A core function involves creating and managing supplier declarations for both preferential and non-preferential origin, utilizing AEB software for preference calculations, and steering foreign trade transactions using AEB compliance tools. Furthermore, the role requires generating Intrastat and Extrastat reports and meticulously maintaining customs-relevant material master data within the SAP system. This is a strategically important, operative position within a dynamic, future-oriented environment at a leading engineering and technology consulting group, requiring multi-year experience and strong expertise in foreign trade and customs law.
