Job Summary

This role involves joining the SAP Competence Center to actively shape and manage the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and CS (Customer Service) modules. The consultant will be responsible for the redesign, further development, and documentation of business processes within SAP SD and CS, collaborating closely with specialist departments and external partners. Key tasks include analyzing, conceptualizing, and implementing requirements in both SAP GUI and FIORI environments, supporting system updates, rollouts, and ensuring seamless integration with adjacent SAP modules. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics or a related field and brings at least two years of experience in SAP SD/CS module support, ideally within an S/4 HANA environment.
