Job Summary

This role involves working as an Electrical Engineer within the Federal Waterways and Shipping Administration's Office for Inland Traffic Technology (ABVT) in Koblenz, focusing on the operation and maintenance of critical traffic technology systems for inland waterways. Key responsibilities include coordinating planning and execution meetings, managing maintenance, repair, and inspection schedules for complex transmission systems (like fiber optic networks, SDH, MPLS, and radio networks like NIF, AIS, DGNSS).
