Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 2nd Level Support and managing the IT infrastructure lifecycle for the largest municipal healthcare provider in Southern Germany, the München Klinik. The specialist will be responsible for the installation, setup, and maintenance of IT end devices, configuring network connections, and performing complex troubleshooting in a clinical environment. A key aspect of the role is ensuring compliance with internal guidelines while independently solving technical challenges and providing user support. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent vocational training, coupled with several years of experience in end device management and proficiency in Microsoft Client operating systems and IP networks. Experience with software distribution tools like Microsoft Intune or Baramundi is required. This position offers flexible working arrangements, including mobile work and flexible hours, attractive compensation under the TVöD public sector agreement, and the opportunity to work in a motivated and supportive team.

Required Skills

Education

Completed University of Applied Sciences (FH) Degree in Computer Science, or vocational training as an IT Specialist, or comparable professional qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in Information Technology
  • Extensive experience in end device management and IT support
  • Experience with software distribution tools such as Microsoft Intune, ACMP, or Baramundi
  • Experience in analyzing and independently resolving problems in complex end device configurations
