Job Summary

This role is ideal for an IT Specialist focused on system integration and backend support within a leading global scientific organization, specifically supporting filtration and separation technologies. The successful candidate will act as the local point of contact for a proprietary Manufacturing Execution System (MES), serving as the crucial link to remote developers. Daily tasks involve translating user requirements into actionable programming specifications, managing database changes (updates, additions, corrections), and providing essential First-Level Support, including ticket processing. Furthermore, the specialist will be responsible for implementing system monitoring indicators. Key requirements include experience in SQL programming, fundamental IT knowledge (Active Directory, Domains), and an understanding of SCADA and ERP interfaces. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are mandatory for success in this dynamic, full-time position.
