Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive planning and project management of technical building systems, specifically focusing on Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary (HVAC/Sanitary) systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing technical concepts, system design, and calculations for HKLS components. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating closely with architects, clients, and specialist planners to ensure seamless project execution, preparing tender documents, and overseeing technical implementation and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Key requirements include a degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience in HKLS system planning.
