Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing and guiding multiple assembly teams responsible for the mounting and wiring of advanced autonomous transport systems for a globally recognized manufacturer of customized intralogistics solutions. The Group Leader is tasked with planning, steering, and monitoring production orders, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and high-quality standards in close coordination with production control, engineering, and project management. A core responsibility is training and onboarding new employees in mechanical setup, wiring, and commissioning processes. Furthermore, the role requires collaborating with development teams to integrate new products and assemblies, ensuring material availability, and managing critical documentation, quality checks, and final acceptance testing. Candidates must possess a strong technical background, such as an Electronics or Mechatronics Technician certification, combined with practical experience in electromechanical assembly and proficiency in ERP systems and continuous improvement methodologies (KVP).
