Job Summary

This role requires a Data Manager to oversee the critical processes surrounding food specifications, raw materials, and recipes within a global confectionery manufacturer. Day-to-day responsibilities include the meticulous creation and maintenance of specifications, addressing complex customer-specific and international country requirements. A key focus is the technical configuration and administration of the recipe management system, including defining data flows, performing system tests, and managing user authorizations for both the recipe system and SAP. The manager will also actively shape the digitalization of Research & Development processes, potentially by building internal knowledge bases (Wiki) and configuring reports. Furthermore, the role involves leading subject-matter projects and ensuring system compliance during internal audits. Candidates should possess a strong IT/system affinity, demonstrated by a relevant degree (e.g., Information Systems, Food Technology with digitalization focus) and professional experience utilizing tools like SAP and recipe management software. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success.
