This role involves independently planning, steering, and monitoring essential building maintenance and repair measures within the München Klinik network. A core responsibility is coordinating small to medium-sized renovation and conversion projects, ensuring strict adherence to cost, timeline, and quality standards. You will prepare and assist in tendering and contract awarding processes, requiring strong coordination skills to liaise effectively with internal users, specialist planners, internal construction management, and external contractors. The successful candidate must hold a Master Craftsman, Certified Technician, or Technical Specialist qualification in Construction, Building, or Facility Management, or possess equivalent experience. Proficiency in SAP and digital documentation systems is required for managing technical documentation, plans, and maintenance contracts.
