Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing construction sites focused on electrical engineering, including building technology, medium and low voltage systems, electrical installations, and measurement, control, and regulation (MCR) technology. The Construction Manager is responsible for creating assembly plans, coordinating and overseeing the performance of subcontractors, and ensuring thorough documentation, including site measurements and daily construction reports. A key part of the job is leading site meetings with clients and other trades. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification such as Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician with further electrical engineering training, and ideally possesses initial experience in a construction management role. This position offers a secure, permanent contract and the attractive benefit of a 4-day work week, though it requires readiness to travel extensively throughout Germany.

Required Skills

Education

Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician with electrical engineering further training, or comparable technical qualification. Further qualification as Master Electrician, Electrical Technician, or Industrial Master Electrician (desirable).

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering
  • Initial experience as a Construction Manager or Deputy Construction Manager focusing on electrical engineering (advantageous)
