Job Summary

This critical role involves serving as the Deputy Lead for a team focused on Data Center Security within the Deutsche Bundesbank, a key component of the European System of Central Banks. The successful candidate will provide deputy personnel and technical leadership, driving the conception, organization, and management of new and ongoing product and service developments related to data center security infrastructure. Key responsibilities include conceptual planning and expansion of data center security, integrating new systems into the existing security infrastructure, and analyzing the functionality, cost-effectiveness, and security of new or modified products. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's degree in Economics or a comparable field, or equivalent experience, coupled with at least three years of professional experience in core infrastructure technologies like electrical, climate, and fire alarm systems, and structural data center infrastructure. The role requires strong analytical skills, structured working methods, and the willingness to participate in on-call and weekend/holiday duties as part of IT operations.
